MiCORE Solutions was a technology company that specialized in database, cloud, enterprise application and analytics services. They were known for offering platform-agnostic solutions, which means they could work with a variety of different systems.

So, why talk about the two?

Well, DataStrike recently completed the acquisition of MiCORE in a transaction that will form a large MSP specializing in data infrastructure services for SMBs. Through the acquisition, the combined company now boasts more than 200 clients and thousands of databases monitored across North America.

DataStrike is set to continue to service clients with strategy and planning, implementation, optimization and 24/7/365 database administration support, among other areas of emphasis.

The company will maintain close partnerships and hold high levels of certifications from tech giants such as Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, SAP and many others. The company is also packaging data analytics platforms DataBricks, PowerBI and Snowflake into its original core offerings. This means clients gain real-time, data-driven business insights from the same partner they depend on to manage their data infrastructure.
